Roni is a dedicated early childhood development and education professional with over a decade of experience in various childcare settings. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Ontario as well as Level 3 Certification (Early Childhood Development Supervisor) from Alberta. Roni has also fulfilled the requirements to obtain a bachelor’s in child studies ELCC major and child psychology minor at MRU. Currently, she is planning to pursue a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, driven by a deep interest in understanding the psychological processes underlying children’s behavior, emotions, and cognitive abilities.
As a Childcare Program Director, she leads by example, fostering inclusive, nurturing environment and continuously striving for improvement in program delivery to align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Roni is passionate about promoting well-being and development of every child and enjoys mentoring others in child development and trauma-informed educational practices. She looks forward to contributing her skills and expertise to provide high-quality early childhood education and care.
In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends climbing, hiking, camping, and everything nature-related, as well as reading books in neuroscience.
